Sie erfüllt die Transparenzpflichten der EU-Verordnung über Künstliche Intelligenz (EU AI Act, Verordnung (EU) 2024/1689), insbesondere die Anforderungen an Transparenz (Art. 50) und KI-Kompetenz (Art. 4).

This page transparently documents how and where artificial intelligence (AI) is used on tobias-weiss.org. It fulfils the transparency obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), in particular the requirements on transparency (Art. 50) and AI literacy (Art. 4).

Unser Ansatz / Our Approach

KI wird auf dieser Website als Werkzeug eingesetzt — nie als Ersatz für menschliche Verantwortung. Alle Inhalte, die hier erscheinen, werden von mir persönlich erstellt, geprüft und freigegeben. Automatisierte Systeme treffen keine Entscheidungen über Nutzer:innen, und es findet kein Profiling statt.

AI is used on this website as a tool — never as a substitute for human responsibility. All content published here is created, reviewed and released by me personally. Automated systems make no decisions about users, and no profiling takes place.

Keine verbotenen oder Hochrisiko-KI-Praktiken / No Prohibited or High-Risk AI Practices

Diese Website setzt keine KI-Praktiken ein, die nach dem EU AI Act verboten sind (Art. 5), und betreibt keine Hochrisiko-KI-Systeme im Sinne des Anhangs III. Insbesondere findet keine biometrische Identifizierung, keine Emotionserkennung, kein Social Scoring und keine manipulative Beeinflussung statt.

This website uses no AI practices prohibited under the EU AI Act (Art. 5) and operates no high-risk AI systems within the meaning of Annex III. In particular, no biometric identification, no emotion recognition, no social scoring and no manipulative influence take place.

Wo KI eingesetzt wird / Where AI Is Used

• Content-Erstellung: KI-Assistenten unterstützen bei Recherche, Strukturierung und Formulierung von Artikeln und Cheatsheets. Jeder Beitrag wird von mir inhaltlich geprüft und verantwortet, bevor er veröffentlicht wird.
• Content creation: AI assistants support research, structuring and drafting of articles and cheatsheets. Every post is reviewed and approved by me before publication.
• Praxisprüfungen (Quiz-Engine): Die adaptive Quiz-Engine für LPI-Vorbereitung berechnet Fragenreihenfolge und Schwierigkeitsgrad auf Basis der Antworten. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet; die Anpassung dient allein dem Lernfortschritt.
• Practice exams (quiz engine): The adaptive quiz engine for LPI preparation adjusts question order and difficulty based on answers. No personal data is processed; the adaptation serves learning progress only.
• Software-Entwicklung: Diese Website wird unter Zuhilfenahme von KI-Coding-Agenten entwickelt und gewartet. Der gesamte Code wird von mir geprüft, getestet und freigegeben.
• Software development: This website is developed and maintained with the assistance of AI coding agents. All code is reviewed, tested and released by me.
• Übersetzungen: KI unterstützt bei Übersetzungen. Veröffentlichte Übersetzungen werden von mir gegenprüft.
• Translations: AI supports translations. Published translations are verified by me.

Transparenz bei KI-Interaktion / Transparency of AI Interaction

Es gibt auf dieser Website keinen Chatbot und keine direkte Interaktion mit einem KI-System für Besucher:innen. Sollte sich das in Zukunft ändern, wird jede Interaktion mit einem KI-System eindeutig als solche gekennzeichnet (Art. 50 Abs. 1 EU AI Act).

Gemäß Art. 4 EU AI Act lege ich Wert auf KI-Kompetenz: Ich bilde mich fortlaufend über Funktionsweise, Grenzen und Risiken von KI-Systemen weiter und wende dieses Wissen bei der Pflege dieser Website an.

In accordance with Art. 4 EU AI Act, I place importance on AI literacy: I continuously educate myself about the functioning, limitations and risks of AI systems and apply this knowledge when maintaining this website.
